I recently had dinner at Copper Creek with my family, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. Our server, Star, was exceptional attentive, friendly, and always making sure we had everything we needed. She checked in frequently to ensure we were enjoying our meal, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I ordered the ribeye, which was cooked well, though it was a bit on the salty side. Other than that, the meal was fantastic, and the atmosphere was perfect for a family dinner. Definitely a great place to dine, and I’ll be returning again!

Nice restaurant, very comfortable. Nice ambiance, good bar. The food, however, was subpar. One son's steak was over cooked. The mashed potatoes were dry. The tenderloin on my salad was stringy. The stuffed chicken was dry and lacked flavor. This would be a great restaurant for Abilene but you need to step up the quality.

Our server Logan did a great job and I tried something new for a change. It was tasty. I've cut back on what I really like to order as the price increase was too high to justify for lunch.

We ordered off the specials menu, my husband had the T-bone and I had the Lobster pasta, we had the artichoke dip for appetizer. My husband steak was very good, it came with mashed potatoes, which were cold, and baby carrots that were exceptional. My lobster and the sauce was delicious but the noodles were wayyy overcooked, it was really disappointing. It isn't a cheap place, i expected better quality of food, especially the basics. I wouldn't mind waiting for my al dente pasta to cook. We understand the mashed are probably pre made in big batches and then set under a warmer... but while the food was not worth the price, the people were nice. Our waiter never came and asked if we wanted refills , we flagged him down when we asked for boxes. But when he was there he was nice, even took a photo for us.
