Not to be missed, our beverage program of classic cocktails, artisanal spirits, Vermont craft beers and a wide selection of Wines from regions spanning the globe. Reservations are recommended for all dining and all meal periods. Last dinner seating on Fridays and Saturdays is 9:00pm.

Love the Copper Grouse. Had the cheese tray, a burger, and the Cod Fish. Service was excellent and they had a folk singer guitar player gently playing in the background.

Very knowledgeable and attentive server. Burger was killer and my wife had coq au vin which was also amazing.

Great experience and prompt service. The menu has a variety of unique entrees. The only negative issue is that they charge $1.00 for a slice of tomato on my burger.

Was disappointed with this experience; had the tartine and the sourdough bread was like cement (as if was still frozen), the waitress was gruff and do not provide service expected for a Kimpton Hotel restaurant, they brought out salad, appetizers and entrees all at once. There are far better restaurants in Manchester I suggest you spend your money there. #kimpton
