Cork Tree Restaurant is built around California products. Local ingredients are used whenever possible and wines of the West Coast, particularly California, are featured.

The wine list is always a work in progress, with a balance of well known wineries, as well as boutique wineries.

Cork Tree enhabits a style rich in California elegance. Large and round booths privately encased in wood and fabric provide intimate spaces for conversation and romance, while providing views of the understated glamour of the dining room. Beautiful Palm Trees and a natural cascading fountain make the Cork Tree Patio wind-protected and well-appointed for dining under the stars. Additionally, depending on the size of your celebration, two private dining options await.

Very goood food-expensive, corkage fee outrageous especially with wine list prices marked up 250-300%.

We dined on the patio which we enjoy. We were a party of six. We felt menu is limited. Salads were nice, good to have a mini version available . Two had the scallop dish, the scallops were nicely cooked but the accompanying Brussels sprouts were soggy and the sauce heavy. Would love to see something light and citrus with richer scallops. Two of us had the shrimp and crab cake. Appetizer. They were nicely presented but just warm, not hot.again need a little lemon on the side . The salmon dish was excellent. We felt service was a bit slow.

I ordered the Chilean see bass and it was good. My spouse and I came to the restaurant for Valentines. He ordered the Rib eye and that was really good. We spent $145 per person, not including tax or gratuity. For appetizers I order the lobster stack, it was an appointment. The presentation was nice but the majority was tomatoes and cucumber, the sauce was nothing to brag about. The Ahi tuna was ok. I think for what we spent, I expected more.

We always loved Corktree but the last 2 times have been poor experiences. We were there 2 hours and no dinner had arrived so we left the restaurant. Too bad because the food is always very good. Apparently our waiter never put our dinner order in according to the manager. I will say the manager comped our drinks prior to our leaving.

We have dined at Cork Tree several times and have always enjoyed our visit. The sea bass and short rib are excellent. They also have a shrimp and scallops special sometimes and it is very good as well. The oatmeal cookie tini is also great for a desert drink. Service is always on point. Try Cork Tree and I think you’ll will like it.
