Cork Wine and Tapas Bar is located in New Bedford, Massachusetts and strives to serve delicious food made with seasonal fresh ingredients. Weekly food and drink specials are offered on all three levels of dining (Lounge, Main Dining Room and Taber Room). Local live music is performed on Friday and Saturday nights in the Main Dining and Taber Rooms. We offer exclusive event spaces for any function; please inquire with any of our knowledgeable staff to get information.

Dishes were all very good. Service and timing of food firing was very slow. And this was for a 5pm seating so I can’t imagine what it would have been like when it got busy.

The downstairs experience is like a total Boston speakeasy vibe!! The lighting, booths, and just all around vibe was the perfect mix. The food was above expectations and the martini was *chefs kiss! Perfect for girls night, date night, or just a nice meal.

Service was poor especially at the bar. Stood there for 15 minutes without the bar tender getting us a drink even after she acknowledged us. It was an immediate turnoff.

Unexpectedly good food, really nice waitstaff and the clientele is friendly. The service is a bit slow, though. There was a singer with a guitar who had a very nice voice, but he added to the volume level of the restaurant.

Loved the food and a great spot to eat. A singer with an amplifier was too loud (he was wonderful btw). Some food choices unavailable but we loved what we ordered

There was someone performing on a Thursday night there the music was great the guy was friendly! The atmosphere was nice. Our server who we’ve had before never removed our menus from the table. Our charcuterie board had burnt bread on it. By the time we saw our waiter we had eaten most of the stuff off of the board and just left the burnt bread behind. Our drink didn’t come until we were almost done eating, good thing for the water we got. Even after we finished eating and wanted the bill (with the Menu still sitting on our table now with all of our plates and stuff that again never got removed) we didn’t get the bill but he was ready for our card. My husband just paid and we left. It was very Disappointing we’ve been there before and I have to say the service was really horrible tonight. Good thing for the performance in the atmosphere other than that it would’ve been a zero.
