Had reservations so was sat right away. Had to park far, parking always an issue on that street. The restaurant does have paid valet parking. Our waiter had a few tables so took a bit to take our orders. Everything came out fast. I ordered a white sangria; I didn’t really like it, tasted very syrupy. The food was great though. They bring fresh bread to the table when you sit down; fresh, flaky crust with som great olive oil. For meal i had a cesar salad with steak; steak cooked perfectly. My husband had pork ragu, tasted great!

Wait person (lady) didn't have the time to offer to our table the evening specials. Her excuse was that the Chef had "just put them out" hard to believe that a Chef would "just" know what the evening specials would be. Also, wait staff occupying a table with guests as a base of operation, really this establishment has a higher standard than this.

Great food, good service, but otherwise a poor experience this time. We were seated in the center downstairs, I kept getting bumped into until I had to move my seat, it was very loud and crowed, they have no printed menus for the older non cellphone member of my group, and we frozen ever time the door opened. This was frustrating more because there are many other restaurants very close with just as good food and none of the other issues. Next time im in federal hill ill just go next door.

We were placed in “overflow” seating which we had no idea what that meant. We were seated in a literal meat market/deli. Our table was a folding table and we were seated next to a drink cooler. They really need to disclose more details on open table! Food was good but ambiance terrible. We asked to be placed outside bc there were 20 heaters- one by each outside table. But they said they didn’t have any propane tanks- not one!

Excellent food, top quality service. Cool atmosphere. Overall excellent. Lots of great places on Federal Hill, and Costantinos Venda is right up there with the best ones.

We never got to have our anniversary dinner because of rude and incompetent hosts. We checked in before our reservation time saying we would have drink at the bar, but were ready any time table was available. After our reservation time passed we checked in again and were told our table was being set, this occurred multiple times. Meanwhile party after party was seated without reservations. After a half an hour passed our reservation time we still had no table and were treated with an attitude of so what, we are behind, why do you care. Then we were finally seated at the worst table by door and abutting staircase. Never once was there an apology for bad service and we were actually chastised for having an issue with this rude service so we left and had a deliciously meal with excellent service at another restaurant. Avoid this place at all costs. The bar service was fine but in need of an overhaul aesthetically, it was dingy and dirty.
