Dine at Craft to experience Tom Colicchio’s signature ‘What's Local Is Best’ cooking with an always evolving collection of simply prepared dishes created to highlight high quality, seasonal ingredients. “Simple doesn’t mean simplistic,” Tom says in his book, Think Like a Chef, and the food at Craft serves as proof. Perennial favorites include pan-roasted diver scallops, braised beef short ribs, and a bounty of Greenmarket sides.
We also offer our a la carte dinner menu for takeaway through craftrestaurant.com & local delivery is powered by Caviar. *Unconfirmed reservations may be subject to cancellation.*

Experiences offered during our normal hours of operation are always in addition to standard reservations and can be accessed by selecting your desired dining time.

Don't miss our new Summer Happy Hour - available ALL SEASON LONG - 5-6:30pm at the bar or on the patio featuring top-shelf cocktails, veuve cliquot rosé, peeko oysters & lobster rolls.

Our team will help you create an individualized menu (starts at $155pp), built from our current seasonal menu, for your group of 8-16 guests. We are always happy to accommodate guests with dietary restrictions or allergies, and our team does not limit your options due to party size. **Experience bookings are the first step in our large party process. Our events team will reach out within 48 hours of booking to review selections and arrange for a deposit to guarantee your table.**

    In town for the holidays and looking for a nice dinner for my wife and I. Excellent service, very knowledgeable about the menu and friendly. Just under two hours. Not rushed and multiple courses. Would recommend to others looking for a memorable meal.

    The entire dinner was near perfect. Friendly and attentive staff, yet professional and respectful. Each part of our meal was delicious, possibly the most perfect Scallops I have ever eaten. Definitely worth your time (and money).

    Swordfish was inedible. Hamachi crudo wasn’t fresh. Service was terrible. Tom piled not approve.

    The food in Craft was delicious. The wine that the sommelier suggested was excellent. Above all, what make the difference in Craft is the people who work there. The service quality was top notch! Thank you so much for making our night even more special!

    The service was excellent and the food was well executed for what it was. But the menu was basic and not inventive. For this price level, I expected more inventiveness.
