Dine at Craft to experience Tom Colicchio’s signature ‘What's Local Is Best’ cooking with an always evolving collection of simply prepared dishes created to highlight high quality, seasonal ingredients. “Simple doesn’t mean simplistic,” Tom says in his book, Think Like a Chef, and the food at Craft serves as proof. Perennial favorites include pan-roasted diver scallops, braised beef short ribs, and a bounty of Greenmarket sides.
We also offer our a la carte dinner menu for takeaway through craftrestaurant.com & local delivery is powered by Caviar. *Unconfirmed reservations may be subject to cancellation.*

Experiences offered during our normal hours of operation are always in addition to standard reservations and can be accessed by selecting your desired dining time.

Don't miss our new Summer Happy Hour - available ALL SEASON LONG - 5-6:30pm at the bar or on the patio featuring top-shelf cocktails, veuve cliquot rosé, peeko oysters & lobster rolls.

    The service and food were superb. The vegetable side dishes were excellent and you and order half portions particularly if there are two of you dining. The seafood dishes were excellent particularly the scallops and the steelhead trout. Very manageable wine list with good price ranges.

    This was one of the best meals I have had in so long. Tatiana who was the manager came by our table and talked with us and made us feel so welcomed. She made our entire evening. Good and serve was totally amazing!!

    This was a welcomed surprise for an evening dinner with excellent food and drinks that were absolutely amazing. The shareable format was perfect for the two of us. Would highly recommend this venue for an enjoyable meal and atmosphere.

    Great food, very good attentive service, many good wines on the list at reasonable prices. Octopus and squab appetizers were delicious, swordfish cooked perfectly. Very good overall experience

    Granted that this restaurant is dedicated to delivering high quality food and service but I was disappointed in the effort by the wait staff to assist in making menu choices; it felt a bit rushed. We ended up ordering too much food. We selected wines by the glass & asked for a taste of 3 wines. I thought the wines were too warm (temperature wise), way above room temperature. I found that strange for a high-end restaurant. As a result of this experience, a future visit would include more small dishes to share and ordering in stages rather than all at once.
