My wife and I our Crave regulars. We've been to every Crave in Minnesota and the Mall of America location is our favorite. The staff is great, the Mgr Amanda is great, and the food is always on point. Our regular go to items are the Firecracker shrimp, truffle parm fries, Bamboo Bite Roll, Mexican Roll (be sure to squeeze that lime on), and the Two Times Tuna roll (a new one). The specialty drinks are great and we finish the night with an Espresso Martini.

Wanted to make reservation at 3:30PM for a 7PM dinner. Was told they don't accept same day reservations. Stepped out of the restaurant and made a 7PM reservation with Open Table. What is up with their management?

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time at Crave at the Mall of America. The food was delicious and the service was fast and the staff were friendly. We are looking forward to going back and trying other food on the menu.

We got seated right away with our reservation drink orders and water glasses stayed full. Food came out timely and delicious. Exactly what we ordered. But they completely forgot the appetizer. Mall of America can also be noisy and busy, which it was on this Saturday afternoon.

Average pilot service. Very slow to get served water and be greeted by my server upon seating (over 7minutes). But a very polite server nonetheless. I ordered the halibut. It was dry, not in an overcooked way but more so in a “left under the heat lamp” way. It appears they just forgot to run it out to me. This was evidenced by the fact that I placed my order before the table next to mine was even seated and yet they got their food order before I did. The dish was somewhat spared by the deliciously cooked fingerling potatoes.

Our server was very prompt and attentive. He took great care of us and was very professional and kind. The food was hot and delicious and everyone loved every menu item they got and then the leftovers were boxed up by our server. All in all excellent service and food.
