   Food was all decent except one of our entrees was overcooked, we pointed it out to our server, no resend of the item or remedies. We’ve dined here for many occasions in the past and had much more personable, more attentive and sincere service before.

   Getting better . . . . . March 27th - I wrote about (and the Manager responded - thank you). Friday (4/4) - fantastic! Today - back to the same server I had on March 27th. There is a familiarity that I have trouble with from a server (Kaitlyn) - being called honey (twice) just seems wrong no matter how it is meant. To me it is an issue. Crave is a popular choice for the people I meet with. I don't want to change that but this cannot happen again.

   Lacking on staff attention. Had to ask a number of times for a refill on a soda. Had to pour my own champagne throughout our lunch Sat a loud crowd of people next to us.

   Great experience (this time) - food and service both excellent (great server - Tim). This was another business meeting - Tim gave us the perfect amount of attention yet let us do our business.

   Great atmosphere and welcoming service. The food was quite good the host found us the most quiet table in the restaurant. Aging folks need that. Fun all round. We’ll be back

   Out of many kinds of beer and wine. It was a Monday and server said that happens a lot before deliveries come. I had clients in from London so it was somewhat dissapointing.

   Food great - always is. HOWEVER - the server referred to me 3 times - (1) "my love"; (2) "yes love" and (3) "sweetheart". I was there for a business meeting - my client was bothered - we talked about it. Simply NOT appropriate. My question - is there training for servers? Major issue. I look forward to your response.    Had a lovely meal to celebrate our anniversary. Our server was so friendly and even put a special candle in our dessert to recognize our special occasion.

    Ordered chicken egg rolls, which I’ve had before & they were delicious. We left more than half & I told the server they did not taste good - tasted like soggy chicken. She said she would tell the chef. Item was not removed from the bill. I’ve worked in hospitality and that wasn’t cool.
