CUCINA enoteca is located on the west side of Fashion Island, Orange County's most sophisticated retail experience. Owner Tracy Borkum's flair for combining great ambience, award-winning cuisine and unparalleled service are once again starring components in this latest Urban Kitchen Group creation. Executive Chef Tim Kolanko and Chef de Cuisine Cesar Sarmiento bring their artistry to the table as guests enjoy an open kitchen. The menu features Italian classics with a modern twist, made with the freshest local, organic and sustainable ingredients. Along with a diverse selection of wines by the glass, guests may visit the restaurant's retail area to select from over 200 bottles for dinner (corkage fee of $10 applies) or purchase wine to go. The energetic space features contemporary elements and vintage artifacts creating the feel of a modern Italian kitchen combined with the comfort of a rustic farmhouse.

    So friendly and helpful waitresses and great food. They accommodated my small dog’s presence and made me very comfortable having her with me despite other restaurants in California these day!!! I really appreciated that and enjoyed my food, beautiful patio ambiance and nice atmosphere with my friends. We had a 2 years old child with us too, gave him a paper snd crayon to draw/get busy, brought his pizza quick and everything was great. Amazing wine options to drink and buy! We bought 2 bottles of an amazing 2020 red wine from their collection at the end. I will be definitely back with MY DOG and friends! The steak was delicious and great quality. Thank you CUCINA enoteca :)

    Always such a great experience. The food was exquisitely prepared, the wines are fantastic and reasonably priced and the service spot on.

    We were very well cared for by Miquel at bar. Drinks tasty. Appetizers delicious. Only issue is how cold it was. We moved away from open doors but think AC may have been on. Plan to go back again for happy hour 🍸

    We sat outside in the covered patio which was VERY warm with heaters as it was a cold night. The problem was there was no light to see menus or your food. I had the branzino which was good but it had bones in it and I could not see to take them out and kept pulling bones out of my mouth. The octopus appetizer was ok not great. Not a great experience.

    Cucina Enoteca NEVER FAILS to disappoint - such a GREAT evening!! Food was AMAZING!! Squid Ink Pasta with clams is a MUST!! Short Ribs Pasta was also a GREAT choice!! We were celebrating our wedding anniversary & they started us off with a nice couple glasses of sparkling wine to toast.... it's the little things that make it memorable - THX much!!
