We want to Welcome you to the Phoenix Bourbon Room. We offer ablend of rustic charm and modern elegance, perfect for a relaxed evening afterexploring the city. The low lighting and wooden accents create a cozy atmosphere thatinvites you to unwind. Our food speaks for itself when we say there are no wrong choices. We smoke our brisket, ribs, pulled pork, and meat loaf in house. We take pride in our meats and how we prepare them. Our Bourbon Selection is one of the Largest in the state. We offer hard-to-get bourbons, whiskies, and scotches. Every Saturday from 5pm-8pm we offer Bourbon tastings free of charge for all our guests eating in our restaurant. We fly out reps to educate and allow our guests to taste sought after and even rare liquor from some of the world's most popular companies. Some include Sazerac Pappy Van Winkle, Whistle pig, Angels Envy, Macallan, Glenlivet, Elijah Craige, Uncle Nearest, and so much more!We look forward to seeing everyone!

Bobby-Q, formerly known as Bobby McGee’s has been serving the valley since 2005. With Meats smoked up to 20 hours, to our in house, hand-cut steaks, you"ll have no problem finding a meal to appeal to your appetite!For our Happy Hour from 2PM - 6PM Monday - Friday, our Happy Hour menu is only available at the bar. Liberty Station, an American tavern and smokehouse is open daily for lunch and dinner. Liberty Station serves American comfort food and BBQ with regional touches, including several nods to the Keeler family’s Boston roots. The bar at Liberty Station offers vintage cocktails created in a very classic style, and local craft beers, plus a wide array of wine options. Acclaimed Executive Chef Anthony Apolinar heads the kitchen. Chef has created a menu that includes creative “shareable” appetizers, pasta and salads. Entrees feature fresh seafood, steaks and chops. Liberty Station smokes many of their high quality meats on a custom made smoker, prominently displayed on the west side patio of the restaurant.

Our authentic BBQ starts in a live-wood smoker stoked with genuine hickory logs. Our pitmasters hand-rub the meats with a custom blend of spices and cook for hours to extract the natural flavors. We source the highest quality meats and trim them up like we’re in a competition and hand-rub them with the freshest seasonings available to create mouthwatering experiences! In addition to our BBQ and grilled meats, our menu features a selection of salads, sandwiches, side items, and made-from-scratch desserts.
