Overall excellent high tea. The food and service was exceptional. They even sang Happy Birthdqy for my mom and accommodated our dietary restrictions. Highly recommend Cafe Victoria for high tea. The only thing that could use some updating is the interiors but overall I still give this spot a 5.

After visiting the 17 th floor Writers Room for dinner i decided to join Joni’s for an additional dink at the fabulous bar. I noticed a new face. At Joni’s the turnover is rare. Her name is EMMA. I ordered a fabulous Peroni beer. Emma I found very welcoming, friendly, and very professional. Her conversational skills are very engaging which led me to enjoy a perfect Japanese whiskey. The standards are very high at Joni’s and I feel Emma is a perfect fit for Joni. I am a regular here. It will be my pleasure to return and to be served by her and also the wonderful team Joni. Thank you Joni for another wonderful evening, All my visits exceed the previous ones. Don Burrell

I took my family to Astor Lounge for the High Tea. The aesthetic of the lounge is very nice. We were seated near a window and it was quite drafty, so they had some sort of space heater which blew out dry hot air, so that took away from the ambience a bit. The hostess was pleasant, but I wouldn't say she was proficient at explaining the high tea to us and we had to clarify how it worked. She also didn't seem particularly knowledgeable about the tea or the pastries/desserts. The tea and the food were great, however. Overall, I wouldn't say its an amazing value at $95 per person, but for the experience, it's reasonable for at least a one-time thing.

We have a wonderful visit and love the ambiance and service at Windsor Arms Hotel. Our waiter was wonderful, attentive and provided great recommendations. We also love the afternoon tea menu. The sandwiches and scones were delicious and fresh! We can’t wait to come back again!

We had an amazing time and didn’t realize that the hidden gem was here. Our server was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was great. They played a mix of old school music and we felt like dancing. The decor is very nice. It makes you feel like you are in France. As for the pastries, absolute perfection . Fresh and delicious. So many choices. It was the perfect way to end our evening in Yorkville. We will be back!
