The staff were very tentative, the food was delicious and the decor was amazing.

Excellent - as always! A beautiful setting in the sun matched by warm service and excellent food.

A delightful venue for an Afternoon Tea in the heart of Tunbridge Wells. Lovely rooms and the tables are not too close together. All staff welcomed us warmly and were helpful during our visit. A wide variety of teas from which to choose and an extremely tasty selection of both savoury and sweet treats. A thoroughly enjoyable afternoon and we shall certainly be recommending and returning.

Very cosy place - staff was very attentive and food was good. Loved the quirky Dickensian options in cocktails - drinks were great. Definitely lucky to have them on the high street.

Service was adequate, waitress did not know what the fish was with the fish and chips, and no offer to find out when asked! The curry was nice, but should have come with rice, poppadom and naan bread. The naans turned out to be tortilla wraps! Service was very slow, especially for drinks Restaurant area is tired and needs refreshing
