Relax in our French-style lobby tea room or our majestic purple room with its original working fireplace.Peruse a selection of teas from Russian Caravan to Sencha; our staff will happily guide you through the myriad of tastes and aromas. Reserve the Tea Room for intimate gatherings such as corporate functions, bridal and baby showers, or get-togethers with friends. All Tea Rooms are available for either full or partial bookings.

Located in the lobby of The St. Regis Toronto, Astor Lounge welcomes guests with modern elegance and a relaxed atmosphere. A modern coffee shop during the morning, then transforms itself into a cozy cocktail bar and lounge with our celebratory Champagne Sabrage Ritual at 6:00 pm daily. Afternoon Tea, another iconic St. Regis Ritual, is served daily from 10:30am to 3pm by reservation only on Opentable. Please note that a credit card authorization is required to guarantee a reservation.     Our tea guide / host was so lovely.He was attentive and very professional. All our special dietary preferences were fulfilled. The tea settings were beautiful as was the purple tea room. Food divine.

    We had a lovely day for afternoon tea at the King Edward Hotel. The service was amazing and the tea service was beautiful and very tasty! I had the Garden Tea and it was delicious. My friend has about allergy and the my took great care to make sure her serving was nut free.

    Had a wonderful brunch at Joni Restaurant! The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the live music created a lovely atmosphere. The service was attentive and friendly. A perfect spot for a relaxing weekend brunch—highly recommend!

    I took my family to Astor Lounge for the High Tea. The aesthetic of the lounge is very nice. We were seated near a window and it was quite drafty, so they had some sort of space heater which blew out dry hot air, so that took away from the ambience a bit. The hostess was pleasant, but I wouldn't say she was proficient at explaining the high tea to us and we had to clarify how it worked. She also didn't seem particularly knowledgeable about the tea or the pastries/desserts. The tea and the food were great, however. Overall, I wouldn't say its an amazing value at $95 per person, but for the experience, it's reasonable for at least a one-time thing.
