Terra restaurant is located at Tottington Manor which is beautifully situated in the South Downs National Park with hillside and farmland views, yet it is just 10 minutes from the A23 at Pyecombe and the A27 at Shoreham.With a menu showcasing the best of local ingredients cooked fresh each day by our team of chefs, you can enjoy dinner in the restaurant, or outside on our decking, or in winter time, choose our more relaxed fire side Olive Restaurant.In addition we have a number of private dining options available from 6 to 95.Our South Downs Suite is completely separate with its own private garden, stretch tent and bar and is ideal for family celebrations, parties and of course Weddings. "Amberley Castle has a long held reputation for delivering outstanding cuisine.Enjoyed on the first floor of the castle in either the magnificent Queen's Room, with its barrel-vaulted ceiling dating back to the 12th century and open fire or The Great Room, built-in 1165 by Bishop Luffa of Chichester, a fine example of Norman architecture with its high lancet windows, open fireplace, oak flooring, tapestry and suits of armour.The dress code for the dining room is smart casual. Please note that we welcome children of all ages to dine in the restaurant as long as their parents are well-behaved!

    Myself and 3 friends have a very enjoyable evening on Saturday. The reason I chose The Brasserie was that it had both vegetarian and gluten free options which we needed. Unfortunately there were no gluten free buns available for the burger and also no gluten free brownie. We all felt this was very disappointing and my friend who suffers from coeliac disease only had the starter she wanted available to her. It definitely was not gluten free friendly on Saturday night

    Excellent meal in Christmassy surroundings. Attentive staff who were very apologetic over a delayed dessert due to technical difficulties in the kitchen. We would definitely recommend them and plan to return (regularly!).

    What a lovely time we had. Firstly we arrived 45 minutes early & asked if we could have our table & were able to sit down straight away. It was a lovely setting & the food was gorgeous. Most importantly were the staff, they couldn’t do enough for us. They were friendly, attentive & accommodating. In particular we would like to mention the manager Gosia & our waitresses Claudia & Clarys. They made our experience even better. Was a wonderful meal.

    Lovely evening, with very good service. Especially from the very attentive gentleman from Serbia, and the gentleman from Argentina! So sorry to have forgotten their names. A very special place, with so much history.
