Our $89 prix fixe tea service is offered Tuesday through Sunday.Lady Mendl's is an unconventionally chic tea salon housed within a Georgian brownstone in the Gramercy Park neighborhood of Manhattan. An opulent five-course tea is served in an eclectic and whimsical parlor by a doting staff. Patrons sip tea from hand culled vintage Wedgwood teacups as they nibble dainty finger sandwiches and house baked scones. Please note that our entrance is only accessible via a staircase of 10 steps. This is the second time I've visited New York City at holiday time in recent years and have made an effort to have afternoon tea at the Whitby. It's a classy relaxed place with a special touch at holiday time

Kazon was our server and he made our experience perfect. His timing on taking care of myself and my guests, along with his suggestions were brilliant. A must visit anytime of the year, but especially special during the holidays. We did dress for the occasion, and I highly recommend doing so. You experience a level of fine dining while being accompanied by fellow guests with the same taste, it’s a lovely way to slow time down in the busy hustle of Manatan❤️
