Delmonico steak was grizzled and not much flavor. The collard greats were awesome and even my guest loved them and doesn't like collard greens. Her filet was delicious. Service was incredible.

Andrea, our waitress, was wonderful. The service and provided was above what was expected. Thank you, Andrea! Food was delicious.

We both had the Blackened Redfish and enjoyed it. Service was excellent. This was my 10th time there, as always a great experience.

It was my first time at Sapphire, and I'll certainly be back. The service was impeccable (my server was Donna). The hostess, Sonita, was also wonderful. With one exception, the food was outstanding... hot, savory and delicious! The bread was very dry, almost stale. I'm assuming a rare outlier, as everything else was absolutely amazing! I loved the ambiance and entertainment... right out of the 30's - 60's. What a blast! Spencer Racca performed that evening, and my wife and I enjoyed his crooning and singing very much. He's quite charming, personable, and engaging. The evening was a bit on the pricy side, but considering the quality of the food, service, and entertainment, it comes as no surprise. I would recommend Sapphire to anyone who enjoys the sound of the big band and crooners era, although there was quite a variety of types of music and song from days gone by as well. What a fun, fun evening!
