A contemporary take on the classic oyster bar, located in Fort Greene, Brooklyn, near BAM, Barclay's, the Paramount, and Atlantic Terminal. Strange Delight finds its influence in New Orleans and is also inspired by the rich history of oysters in New York. Our menu consists of regional seafood prepared in a variety of styles: Charbroiled Oysters and Shrimp Remoulade share the stage with classic seafood towers and Oysters Rockefeller. The Odeon offers reservations for indoor and outdoor dining for parties up to 6 guests. Walk-Ins are welcome. Due to demand, we are unable to hold your reservation past the time it has been booked. If you cannot be present at the time of your reservation, we will offer the table to waiting guests. If you are running late or wish to cancel, please call us at 212-233-0507. The Odeon takes the last “Open Table” Reservation at 10 pm on Sunday and Monday and 10:30 pm Wednesday through Saturday. Located in the heart of Gramercy in the restored Assembly Hall of the landmarked United Charities Building, Hawksmoor is a steak restaurant that celebrates all-natural, pasture-reared, and traditionally dry-aged beef. Zou Zou’s is a lively and modern Eastern Mediterranean restaurant from chef Juliana Latif, who spent years working at some of the most notable restaurants throughout New York City, including The NoMad.     I had a lovely time celebrating my birthday with family here. Beautiful interior, comfortable seating, and good music. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable, and the food was delish on top of it all! Will definitely be back :)

    Fun restaurant, good food. Enjoyed the live music and pleasant ambiance. Desserts did not impress but the dinner and cocktails were liked by all.

    This restaurant offers a delightful dining experience before or after a performance at BAM. It’s a few blocks from BAM. There is outdoor seating. We started with spicy guacamole while the mixed ceviche was a hit with our granddaughter, who couldn't get enough of it (it wasn't quite to my taste). Our granddaughter enjoyed her steak tacos, and my pork tostada—which came as a pair—was delicious. My husband's mixed tacos were also delicious. The atmosphere is charming and the staff are attentive. We recommend this place for a delicious meal in a cozy space.
