The One Barrel standards will allow nothing less than fresh, high-quality offerings, including Colorado ingredients as much as possible. Due to Covid-19 we will do our best to have all we can in stock but our menu will be limited and on first come first serve. We are taking safety precautions very seriously and asks all our guests to do the same. We're now open for lunch during the week, happy hour and dinner. We are thrilled to be back open and we can't wait to see everyone's smiling faces!

Always great experience ! Atmosphere was comfortable and warm on a cold night. Service and staff were amazing. Wine and food outstanding (Short Rib is a favorite). All good!

We had such a great experience at Guard & Grace. The waitstaff was attentive and made great suggestions for our meal. We shared oysters, the filet flight, mushrooms, truffle mac and cheese, and the brussel sprouts. Everything was excellent; a great dinner to end our trip to Denver. We would definitely recommend this restaurant to locals and travelers alike.

Visited on a Wednesday evening this time and the experience was better than the last time. Had the NY Strip and Maine Lobster Tail. It took a little longer than expected for dinner to arrive, but everything was cooked properly, including my "rare" steak. The service was average for Red Lobster. The staff tends to hover until you place your order and vanish when it is time for dessert or the check, still, the service was good overall.
