Originally opened in 2005, Garrett Harker’s flagship restaurant has reopened its doors just up Beacon St. only three blocks from its original location. Eastern Standard continues to offer seasonally focused New England interpretations of classic brasserie fare, including raw bar and charcuterie, nostalgic favorites like steak tartare, baked rigatoni, steak frites, and butterscotch bread pudding, and some new soon-to-be-instant-classic dishes. Our server was absolutely wonderful! The food top notch as before. The only thing was that it felt as though the restaurant was a little short staffed.
