A typical food love story. A boy meets a girl while eating pizza. He attends culinary school and open’s a pizza restaurant named after the girl. Thus bringing us to Emily! The Manhattan iteration of the Brooklyn based pizzeria centered around a historic brick oven and comforting food. Emily has earned a following for its signature Detroit-style pies and award winning burger. The pizza here is rectangular (not round) and utilizes the "frico" technique, in which cheese is drizzled on the edges of the pie to create a crispy brown exterior. Beyond the main event, the menu extends to include salads and sandwiches, which shouldn't be ignored (think an attention-grabbing burger and a top-notch spicy fried chicken sandwich). Please note, there will be a time limit of 1 hour 30 minutes for guests so we can fairly utilize our limited capacity. Our outdoor dining is enclosed with heaters that will keep you toasty! We are a first come first serve all day restaurant. Walk-ins of all party sizes are encouraged at any time!Completely unplanned, our doors opened because two brothers went out on a limb. You see, Pete and Dave were artists who fell in love with a quiet street in the West Village called Carmine. They couldn't exactly call themselves business-savvy, but they didn't lack in the creative department. Through the years, they built a neighborhood staple that houses great eats, solid drinks, and an incredible community. We've since made homes in four different corners of NYC. Our West Village location is a hub for our first regulars, families, friends, and anyone else who simply likes good grub. We love what we do, and we can't wait to share it with you.

I booked a bar reservation last minute to Little Owl to round out my birthday plans. I was taken excellent care of by my waitress who made sure to make me feel welcome and special. I was given a thorough explanation of the menu, help finding a wine i enjoyed, and a candle in my dessert to to it all of. I highly recommend Little Owl.

Honestly the best birthday Meal I have had. The food was amazing and well proportioned. The restaurant itself was breathtakingly beautiful, very demure. And the best part was Dion, our waiter. He was exceptionally polite and charismatic. What a beautiful person and what an amazing experience. I will definitely be going again next time im in NY.

Great experience, we were a group of 4 and everything was great, except maybe the hash browns, too crispy. Best flat whites in America so far. Super relaxing ambiance, cozy by the windows. Loved the vibe of the guy who checked us in, he was inviting & naturally genuine. I’ll be back and back and back.

outstanding experience! we have been coming to Emily WV since it opened. While the food has alwys been stellar, service has steadily declined…until this visit. Our server was outstanding and made our evening very enjoyable.
