It was really very nice we were looked after Julianna. She She was outstanding, very attentive and professional. She kindly split our bills and she also remembered what we all had! She was very present all the time and really has great customer service skills! Hat off to Julianna!

We have been to Hard Rock several times over the years and have visited many around the world. This one is still our favourite. We visited as a family on Saturday evening with my Daughter's boyfriend who never been to a Hard Rock. He absolutely loved his burger and thought the whole experience was great. It lived up to what we had been telling him! Our server, Alex, was excellent - lovely fun personality. And the lady, sorry can't remember her name, who had been there since the 70's was just adorable. All in all, a brilliant visit, thank you!
