I've been coming to Maxwell's on and off since i was a teenager in the 1980s! As usual, this visit didn't disappoint...the food and service were excellent and the place always has a lively vibe. I popped in for a quick meal one my own today but will be returning with friends next month. Happy Christmas!

Great all around. Steaks were cooked perfectly. We both selected the Irish filet. Sides of mashed potatoes were also excellent. Service was impeccable. We recently discovered this gem after being somewhat disappointed with Hawksmore. S&W is now our go to for steak dinners,

A group of 11, we ordered of the late lunch/pre theatre menu. The portion size of starters and mains were generous, the food was fresh and delicious and the slush cocktails were amazing. Was excellent value for money. Service was a little slow at the bar when we arrived but overall the service was good. Would recommend

Great venue for watching the Rugby, all tables had good views of the screens, waiter drinks and food service which you could order from your phone, great atmosphere and tasty food at a good price. Wouldn’t hesitate to go again.
