Barbeque grew up in the South of the USA where cooks learned to slow roast cuts of meat over fire pits to make them tender. Exposure to the smoke of the smouldering wood added a distinctive smoky taste to the meat. The process could take many hours, leaving the meat tender and juicy.Our award-winning smokers have been imported from the USA and are built to recreate the cooking process of those original fire pits. We smoke for up to 16 hours using the traditional American woods of hickory and mesquite to give a full smoke flavour.

Goodman is a uniquely British interpretation of a New York grill, offering the best beef from both sides of the Atlantic. Most of the meat we serve in our Mayfair restaurant is from Nebraskan USDA corn-fed herds, but we also source many rare breeds from the Lake District, including Belted Galloway, Shorthorn and Longhorn cattle. Our other steaks include grain-fed Australian and Wagyu from Japan and Chile. Our server, Gabriel, was absolutely brilliant and very diligent in working out how the kitchen would manage our granddaughter's egg allergy issues. They came up with a great solution that she was happy with and gave us confidence there would be no allergy issues and there weren't any. Well done Gabriel and the Hard Rock Team

I wanted to try the best hotdogs in town and beasy didn't disappointed me! I tried the Truffle chicken hotdog with parmesan cheese and it was delicious! The cocktails were great and the atmosphere with 90's music was a good vibe! THANK YOU to the staff for the great service. They are a star!

Great venue for watching the Rugby, all tables had good views of the screens, waiter drinks and food service which you could order from your phone, great atmosphere and tasty food at a good price. Wouldn’t hesitate to go again.
