Barbeque grew up in the South of the USA where cooks learned to slow roast cuts of meat over fire pits to make them tender. Exposure to the smoke of the smouldering wood added a distinctive smoky taste to the meat. The process could take many hours, leaving the meat tender and juicy.Our award-winning smokers have been imported from the USA and are built to recreate the cooking process of those original fire pits. Easy to find, close to Covent Garden. Large restaurant with plenty of seating. Pre theatre menu, excellent choice and value. Main menu good too.

We arrived half an hour early for our booking but we were seated right away. Unusually we were initially only pointed to our table by our host before she joined us a moment later. The gap between the bench seat and table was very narrow particularly as im on the slightly chunky side. Food was good, music was good and the overall visit was good. Had previously read a review about a sewage smell but the only smell i could detect was the Bangkok spicy shrimp. Worth a visit ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tea at the NoMad was incredible. The tea room was beautiful and the presentation and food were excellent. All of the staff were very very nice and when I said how much I loved the cucumber sandwiches they brought me two extra! I highly recommend high tea here.
