Large bowls of colorful citrus for making cocktails sit atop a twenty-foot long bar perfect for grabbing a glass of wine or a bite to eat. As you explore further towards the display kitchen, you enter our lounge, also referred to as the wine library. Knotted wood shelves display our wines, divided up by wine region. Windows surround the North side of the dining room, allowing our guests to gaze out onto the fountain in our courtyard. I describe the décor as thoughtful and collective, creating little vignettes for dining areas. Our server - Sebastian! Amazing! Always friendly and gives great advice. Ambience - Dimly lit and a great vibe. Not too boujie and always feel welcomed. Food - each dish is its own star. Cheesy bacon bread is fantastic. Their pretzel appetizer is awesome. Brussel sprouts are super good. Charcuterie board is on point. Their skirt steak is ridiculously good. MBP is my favorite spot in Manhattan Beach!

This place ALWAYS exceeds my expectations in food, ambiance, and service! Once I met the manager, Jennifer, I understood why. From the personal welcome, to her attention to detail, she makes you feel like you've walked into an establishment that appreciates it's patrons . I'm new to California and the area so it meant so much to receive such a pleasant experience. She is the reason that I now visit this location at least twice a week. Any meeting or visitor coming into town, this is where I take them first!! I can ALWAYS count on Jennifer and her team to provide excellent service. BIG THANKS to Jennifer for your genuine, accommodating spirit and for passing that down to your staff. I was there last night and will be back later this week! If you haven't experienced this place, RUN, don't walk. You won't regret it! TEN STARS!!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

In the past, the restaurant inside was quite noisy. Now that they have added the outdoor patio section, I found the inside of the restaurant to be much less noisy and more enjoyable. Our server was great and the food was timely and tasty. Will definitely return!
