Steuben’s is named after a restaurant in Boston that my Great Uncles, Max and Joe, opened in 1945. Steuben's became a famous Boston restaurant, nightclub, and hotspot from the 1940’s to the 1960’s on Boylston Street. The Vienna Room, The Cave, and The Blue Room were all part of the Steuben's space and hosted Big Band, Jazz, and Swing groups with The Rat Pack, proms and sweet sixteens, and more. Amazing from the second we walked in!! Granted, it was 11am for brunch but everything was WONDERFUL. Casual, relaxed, trendy…not over board. If the AARP set feel super comfortable, they’ve nailed it 😁 The Feta and Tahini appetizer… OMG! You have to get it. First time eating there, I’m in love.

We chose to have our Christmas dinner at DelFrisco’s Grille -cherry Creek. We couldn’t have been more pleased so often on holidays restaurants dial it in. Not here.The food was delicious, cooked perfectly. Heather ,server, was very attentive and professional. She never rushed us. Will definitely return.

True food never disappoints, and this experience was no exception. The food was delicious, perfectly cooked, and came out so fast! Our server Jesse was delightful, personable and made our experience even better:) True food is always at the top of our list when dining in Denver for any occasion.
