A hidden gem with wonderful food. The staff is attentive, but not intrusive. I’ve been there several times before and will be back in the future!

IT WAS A WONDERFUL ENJOYABLE DATE NIGHT -OUR SERVER WAS FRANCESCA WHO WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND WHO SPACED OUR DINING EXPERIENCE PERFECTLY . WE HAD A CALAMARI, SCALLOP SALAD WHICH WE SPLIT FOLLOWED BY 2 DIFFERENT STEAKS COOKED TO PERFECTION WITH A GARLIC ROSE DECOR - OUR SIDE WAS FINGERLING POTATOES - DESSERT WAS HOMEADE - A KIND OF CUSTARD - WE SPOKE WITH THE OWNER AS WELL - A GREAT BYOB .

This evening we enjoyed some fabulous wine with a crab cake appetizer and the stuffed clams appetizer. I dined on the crab bisque & the grilled octopus. The bisque was rich, buttery and the absolute best I have ever had anywhere! The grilled octopus was amazing & so flavorful. My friend had the slow braised short rib and it was so tender and incredibly delicious. We did indulge in dessert with heavenly cappuccino, scrumptious molten lava cake and the best cheesecake ever! Chef Mike is the very best!!! Chef Mike's ABG is the best restaurant at the Jersey Shore hands down!! 5 STARS!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We booked late for Valentine’s Day and could only get a high top at the bar. When the hostess called to confirm our reservation she was so kind and asked if we would prefer a regular table in the dining area and if something opened up she would put us in. When we got to the restaurant it was beautiful and decorated with a huge balloon shaped heart for pictures. We didn’t take any, but it was cute. lol. The hostess sat us in a beautifully decorated room, the tables were spaced perfectly so you weren’t sitting too close to anyone and had privacy for conversations. The waiter was very friendly and attentive as well as the runners. We ordered the charcuterie butcher block, seafood tower and hanger steak. Everything was cooked perfectly and served with perfect timing. We finished the meal with the cannoli dessert. The cannoli’s were delicious, and we are tough critics because we are Italian! Lol Bottoms line….. everything was perfect and we look forward to returning!

Always an amazing experience! The food is delicious and fresh!! Their style of cooking is made with love from old school recipes!! We have been here many times, as well as their storefront, Breakin Bread Eatery, for sandwiches, etc… You know you’re going to eat good here and roll yourself out to your car!! 😆 From the moment you walk in, you are always greeted with a warm and friendly hello and shown such appreciation and gratitude for supporting their business before you leave!!
