Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Welcome to Roberts Scratch Kitchen. We are a fine dining continental cuisine BYOB scratch kitchen restaurant located in Totowa New Jersey. Serving lunch and dinner with daily specials, offering a full Gluten Free Menu. Our modern spacious dining room is finely detailed, cozy, and relaxing, with a trendy classy feel.At RSK our food is made from scratch. We do not use any ready-made prepared foods. Our kitchen has no freezer. Food is purchased fresh daily. Meals are homemade in the restaurant kitchen just a few feet from where you are dining. We also ask to bare with us as it is hard to find staff and we try to keep the prices as low as possible due to the high food costs these days and also trying to find the product in these strange times. We only use top of the line high quality provisions. On weekends we have a 90 minute table time for 2 tops and 2 hour table time for larger then that on the earlier seatings.

    What a wonderful dinner. Everything about the experience from the valet parking, to the hostess, to our waitress, and of course the food was first rate! Steaks (ribeye, filet, and strip) were delicious. Dessert a must if you have room. Wine list is deep. If you need a steak in a warm and inviting environment (and your credit card has a generous limit) this is your spot.

    We had a wonderful friends lunch today! We were not hurried at all and had a wonderful server who kept a watchful eye. Yum on ribeye mushroom egg rolls and tasty cocktails. Super yum on arugula salad with salmon and wedge salad with chicken. Very nice team and great experience.

    Adam Weiss creates the most beautiful and delicious food . Everything is cooked to perfection and his staff is very conscientious about food allergies. Hedy Weiss is the best hostess ever. On a rainy cold night we had a delicious meal 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
