This fine restaurant has lost a little of its "edge," as it undergoes renovations. Much of the allure of the place was the wonderful ambience and views inside the dining room. The relocation of the dining area during renovations has eliminated much of that. It also seems to have taxed the service staff, who were slower than usual. The presence of a band, although a nice touch in some venues, seemed a little out of place in a fine dining establishment and was loud enough that it interfered with quiet dinner conversation.

Charming and Cozy location in Pacific Grove! Easy to park in front .. lots of spaces. The welcome at the entrance is always professional and so friendly! Outstanding food and service …always! Delicious Smoked Trout Ceviche Tostaditas, Cashew Pesto, Spicy Salsa Brava and amazing Black Bean-Goat Cheese Fritters, Salsa Fresca for the appetizers..! Gorgeous main course with fresh and tasty products Do not miss the Lamb Breast, Chickpea Meyer Lemon Stew, Goat Cheese Sauce and the Sea Scallops, Tomato-Truffle Butter, Savory Rice Custard .. a must! Wonderful deserts, banana bread pudding, chocolate torte, fresh pana cotta with strawberries coulis! Perfect dinner for the 4 of US! Do not miss this place .. far away the best in this area🙏❤️

We’ve been coming here for over 10 years. My wife and I only come for special occasions. Everytime we’ve been here, Chart House gets it right. The drinks are strong and the food is impeccable. The service is always pleasant. And we always get a great seat in the restaurant. If you want a fancier dinner, this is your place! Tip: Make a reservation. They book up fast!

Wonderful experience at Beach House Restaurant! We came in to celebrate Valentine’s Day and we couldn’t be more grateful for all the amazing hospitality we received. Shea ( hostess) , Brian ( bartender ) and Jalen ( sever ), THANK YOU SO MUCH! Food was delicious! My husband ordered the filet Mignon and I had the Lamb Chops both dishes were cooked to perfection 😋

Our waitress was wonderful and brought the kids meal out first to give it a minute to cool before our baby dug in! The food was amazing and the service was phenomenal!
