FARM’s Chef Renè Xelo, who has been with the restaurant since its inception in 2016, has curated a casual dining experience influenced by the many notable purveyors from across the Hudson Valley, best known for fresh produce, sustainably sourced seafood, and delectable bread and pastries. Visit Ardsley in Westchester County, New York if for no other reason but to dine at L'inizio. The owners Heather and Scott Fratangelo know good food, they trained as chefs at top restaurants in New York City before opening this neighborhood gem in Ardsley. It's Italian food at it's best. Each dish is creative, unique and creates an explosion of flavors in your mouth. Every appetizer, entree, side dish and dessert is carefully crafted and beautifully presented. All their pasta dishes are made with homemade pasta and combine a variety of unique and fresh ingredients making it a challenge to decide what to choose. Run do not walk to this lovely spot and I doubt you will be disappointed.
