Palace Kitchen offers an open kitchen concept to allow guests to watch the chefs at work. Settle in for dinner at one of the booths or our horseshoe shaped bar with low, intimate lighting and enjoy fresh, seasonal food that is served late into the night. Diners at Palace Kitchen love the whole trout, rotisserie chicken and burger royale that are grilled over the apple wood grill in house.Palace Kitchen offers late night dining with a full menu until 12:00am and bar until 1:00am. We went here for my birthday and loved everything about the experience. From the moment we set foot in the restaurant the staff engaged with our kids and was constantly checking to make sure all was OK. The ambience was intimate and not too noisy. Every dish was amazing - I could cut the filet mignon with a butter knife and the kids ate it all. My salmon was perfectly cooked and I loved the sweet potato/ginger puree. The oysters, sashimi, and salad were all tasty. Drinks were a nice take on some classics and well-balanced. The special mandarin mouse with sesame seed ice cream was surprisingly good. We will definitely be coming back!

I find the food in Seattle to be incredibly underwhelming so I was a bit leery about going to yet another restaurant in the city. I am glad I did because the food at Cutters was fantastic. This is the first restaurant I have ever been to in Seattle that I would actually go back to (and happily) The food, service, ambiance, and view are all terrific.
