The Farehouse is located in the heart of the historic Taylors Mill’s Dock No. 3. The mill began its life as the Southern Bleachery and Piedmont Print Works during the height of the Greenville area’s reign as the Textile Capital of the World. Closing as a mill in 1965, the building found a variety of partial uses until revitalization efforts began in the mid 2000s. While many mill revitalization projects have converted mills into condos and other residential projects, the Taylors Mill is proud to be the largest grassroots project of its kind in the upstate of South Carolina. Today the Taylors Mill seeks to facilitate craft and commerce for a new generation in the heart of Taylors, SC. The Taylors Mill is reclaiming creative community. Great dining experience. Server was top notch. Food was delicious. One of the steaks that was ordered came out cooked a bit more than ordered. The server quickly remedied the situation. The warm bread and Brussel sprouts are outstanding. We can’t wait to dine here again.

Fantastic!! Our server was the best. The restaurant was extremely busy but she handled it like a champ. She was attentive and so sweet. She laughed with us and never rushed us. The food was delicious as always.

Todays visit was excellent. We were seated immediately, our waiter appeared at our table as soon as we sat down. He was very attentive and got everyone’s order correct and served us very quickly. Another employee appeared at our table to ask how our meals were and listened attentively, and said she would talk with the grill cook. Everyone was very pleasant, upbeat and efficient there.

We had a reservation. We arrived early and got seated immediately. Food was delicious. The serving of mashed potatoes was the largest I have ever had in any restaurant! And they were good.
