Wifey's medium was noticably different from my medium rare and we have now been there four times, with four amazing experiences. Service was also top notch. We met a friend and had a delightful meal and chat before walking across Princes Bridge. The food and wine was great, the service was excellent and the noise level was quite acceptable.
