419 West was opened to the public in May of 2002 by Roger Neel Jr. and Al Pollard, the same operators that started Corned Beef and Company and Frankie Rowland's Steak House. The building was remodeled to the current state with the addition of a perfect dome in the middle of the dining room, a hand built mahogany bar, two private dining rooms, and a state of the art "open" kitchen. The kitchen features a wood burning oven for our pizzas, and a charcoal grill seasoned with hickory chips, for our ½ Pound Certified Angus Beef hamburgers and St Louis Style Ribs.The style of food is considered American with slight influences from the around the world and all over the United States. Whether you would like a multi course sit down dinner or are just stopping in for a hamburger or a pizza, we have menu items to suit your wants or needs. Everything was great. Minor criticism is to maybe diversify the menu a little more? Fried chicken, meatloaf, steak, and shrimp and grits are all familiar standards.

The meal was excellent. The seafood platter was superb. The desert and after dinner drinks were yummy. Our waiter was awesome. The meal and drinks were promptly brought to our table. We highly recommend Billy’s and look forward to our next meal.

Fantastic food and service. Our waiter, Jack, did a great job and was attentive to our needs. He patiently answered our questions and yet was not over bearing or making us feel rushed during our dining.

I have to admit, Cast has the best fries anywhere. Hot, crispy, salty - yum. Our server (whose name I didn't get) was energetic and helpful, and brought everything quickly. I am not eating bread these days, so was a little disappointed that you don't offer a bun-substitute (lettuce wrap?) for a burger. But the burgers were done as requested, medium rare. Your iced tea is even good!
