    We booked the Christmas Eve dinner for our family with the set menu choices. For starters we tried the chicken soup and wedge salad. These were excellent. For the main, two of us ordered steak options (filet and ny strip) and were very pleased. We also got the brussel sprouts side, which was great. One of us tried the meatloaf cupcakes and was surprised by the flavor. Somewhat spicy with a fairly strong chili powder taste. I did taste this too and it was a surprise especially since the description didn't mention any tex-mex or southwestern flavor. I find Carve to consistently serve great meals and I can't wait to return.

A surprise visit from Santa Claus added an extra touch of magic to our evening, making it truly unforgettable. The holiday atmosphere was enchanting, and then there was the food... 😋🥩 From a mouthwatering pork chop medley to steaks that were downright criminal in their deliciousness, every dish was a masterpiece.     my wife and I went not knowing what to expect by some of the other reviews we saw, but were unbelievably surprised by not only the atmosphere the service and the food, but just by the overall experience. if you are lucky enough to have Kevin as your server, listen to his advice, he knows what he’s talking about. He let us the right way regarding food and drink, and everyone was incredibly attentive during a busy night. can’t recommend going there enough!
