The Terrace at the famous Sunset Tower Hotel debuted a new look in May of 2018, featuring a refreshed outdoor dining experience with updated furnishings and an elegant new bar. The Tower Bar Restaurant has split views of the city from either side of the lobby. It offers a swank lounge, bar and an al fresco dining experience. Custom made banquettes line the windows that showcase an unparalleled view of the Los Angeles skyline. Art deco design influences include walnut with gold inlay trim in a subtle, muted color scheme. The delectable menu features California Bistro with Italian fare. A dress code is enforced, please call for information.We are now open daily for breakfast and lunch. Dinner is offered six nights a week, Monday-Saturday. We are unable to guarantee a seating preference of indoors or outdoors. Magnificent service. Some of the best. The Yule log—sublime! The pigs in a blanket—imagine what that might be like with a master pastry chef! Shrimp cocktail—how often is it merely passable? Here it is of a uniformly exquisite tenderness. I want to say again, the SERVICE. This place is an industry standard but is generally underrated. Visit it again.

Not only was the staff friendly and amazing, the food and experience was worth every single penny! Celebrated my birthday at Barton G. and my family and I enjoyed everything. The ambience, the presentation, and the food were all fantastic!!!

We enjoyed every aspect of our experience at The Ivy. The owner was actually there when we were and she was spectacular! The staff was very kind and helpful. The food is worth every cent and incredibly fresh. The freshcolorful flowers, custom pottery, art and atmosphere are such a staple in Los Angeles and truly one not to miss! You can tell the love put into the space and that exists with the staff.

The rooftop was killer. Just beautiful views. The outdoor space is just sweet. I thought the price for the food was over rated. Kinda basic. Nothing extra. But expensive. I’d go back to the roller rink for drinks but that’s it.
