Our first time dining at Malone’s. We had a reservation at 6:45 on a Saturday (after Christmas holiday- busy time) night. We were seated promptly in the main dining area. The ambience was nice and good, fun vibe. The server was prompt in greeting us, drinks came quickly. Food was AMAZING- we had the ribeye steak and Wagyu beef hamburger. Salads and sides were also prepared perfectly and so delicious. Service throughout the meal was great- team effort for sure with assistants to servers, food runners and manager stepping in to assist. Excellent experience and we can’t wait to go back.

The food was delicious. The service was great. The atmosphere was amazing and the music was awesome. Love classic vinyl. Our server Jordan was very attentive and knowledgeable. And if she didn’t know she asked and was right back with us. We felt like we were her only table. It was great. We have never had a bad experience here. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone because it checks off everything you want in a restaurant. Yes it is little pricey, but not that bad and I believe you pay for the quality of food and service you want.

Our waitress was attentive. She did a good job! The food was fantastic. They serve cornbread before the meal and it was like having dessert. They serve it warm with butter. I had the shrimp and halibut cheeks with polenta. Michael had the steak with crab. His meal came with a macaroni cake which was delicious. Michael’s steak was cooked perfectly and my meal was wonderful. Reasonable priced for an upscale restaurant! After our dinner we sat at the bar and had an after dinner drink!

We’ve been to several Capital Grille locations, and the restaurant in Louisville matches the wonderful experiences we’ve had in Washington, DC, Tyson’s Corner, Va. & Hartford, CT. It’s our go-to place for special occasions & celebrations. Everett was our server, and he was engaging, knowledgeable and anticipated our wishes. We had the calamari which was tender & delicious & the sliced fillet with Cipollini onions & mushrooms. The fillet was prepared perfectly. My wife who was celebrating a milestone birthday, also had the Expresso Martini, and I had an In Fashion both excellently prepared. And the complimentary birthday dessert was exemplary. We will definitely return.

Grassa Gramma is definitely one of our favorites! Always incredible service from personable and professional staff who are attentive, helpful and detail oriented! The food is absolutely fantastic and the cocktails and wine selections are outstanding as well! The authentic decor and music make for a lovely ambiance!
