South Beach restaurants on Christmas Day were $150-$250/plate which was more than we wanted to spend. Grateful to find this hidden gem. Restaurant is inside a hotel in mid beach so we weren’t sure what to expect. Server was engaging. Everyone’s dish was amazing, from the pumpkin ravioli that was not overpowering but tasty, all the steaks, the Alfredo paired with bacon, and even a specialty dish made with a spicy tomato sauce (which was exactly what was desired). The chicken parm was the most uniquely prepared and a favorite. We were the only ones there for a long time —maybe people don’t eat out on Christmas Day but we were eternally grateful!

The service for our dinner was outstanding. Our server and bus people were all very attentive and helpful. The meals were all prepared well and plated nicely, although costly for what was included. The only issue we had was that the restaurant is uncomfortably dark.

Decided to pick this restaurant to try the Argentinian steak and my days this is the best steak I have ever had . I never thought that the steak in the golden steer in Las Vegas could be beaten but this has beater it. Service was great, tentative but not over powering. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Fui a chimba por que vi los comentarios, y me dio curiosidad saber si era tan bueno como lo pintaban, y la verdad que no se equivocan en nada, la comida es de otro mundo, los tragos exquisitos, el ambiente y decoración son muy agradables y el servicio por lejos es el mejor que vi en Miami. Prueben la entraña, las empanadas, la milanesa, las mollejas, todo estuvo 10/10… Buen precio, buena calidad de la comida y servicio, definitivamente pienso volver muy pronto, y lo haré a este resto uno de mis lugares favoritos… gracias chimba!

Hard to believe that we paid a lot and I still can say “we got value for our money”. The service was knowledgeable and friendly. Realizing that we had 3 children in our 3 generation party of 6 and that children at times “cannot wait” service made sure that bread and then appetizers arrived rapidly. The food as usual was outstanding from start to finish. When the staff realized that it was my birthday they added to our desert collection a birthday cake plus candle. On top of the great food we all experienced life music plus performance of talented dancers. An unforgettable night.
