Inspired by the transient astronomical event of a moving star, Nova empowers guests to experience the five dimensions of life on earth like they never have before.We have a strict 10 minute grace period for reservations. At least half of your party must be present to be seated. Parties who are running late should call the restaurant prior to your reservation time to ensure your reservation doesn't get canceled. There are no same day reservations on Friday and Saturdays. Walk-ins are always welcome.

Koisan Sushi is a Japanese restaurant that has offered creative, fresh, and authentic Japanese cuisine at the heart of orange for 40 years. Illuminated by Japanese style lanterns and the walls adorned with specialized craftsman woodwork, Koisan is a time machine to ancient Japan. Koisan's dining experience can be approached one of two ways. Excellent quality of fish paired with imaginative new ways of combining Japanese cuisine with other cuisines, such as Korean and Mexican. Staff were friendly and open to chatting about the foods as well as taking pride in what they have to present. Know that this meal is not a belly buster meal but more of a journey for new flavors and textures. Don’t go in thinking you’re gonna feel stuffed by the end of the meal. Instead, go in with an appreciation of flavors and creativity.
