Came here with my wife for lunch. Upon walking in, I was immediately impressed with how clean the place is. We were seated by our courteous waitress. What preceeded was a dining experience that left us saying "wow" with almost every bite.

Service was exceptional..from the girl at the front door - who resolved our ask - to the staff in the restaurant..everyone was so accommodating…food was just so creative and tasty. We loved it..what we would have loved perhaps was some soft background music. Definitely would recommend.

Had a great experience on Christmas Eve at Shangri-La The Shard.

Very pleasurable experience on a very special occasion, my son's 18th birthday. We were treated with consideration from the entrance till the end, the guest receptionist was very polite and friendly and offered us a window table in a very short while. Drinks, main course and desert were very tasty but the view was just amazing. I would definitely come back.

We booked our table very early at 11:45 and we're the first ones in so could see the interiors and how they are laid out. Service was excellent, we had the festive tasting menu for 2, there was so much food, we struggled to get through it and left some. We took our puddings away in a box. Be prepared excludig alcohol to pay £75 - £100 per head for an epic experience. Would definitely go back. I took my daughter for her birthday as she wanted to go and it was fantastic.
