Chef Director Björn Weissgerber serves a diverse menu inspired by the Oceans of Asia, with a particular focus on Japan – sushi, sashimi, tiradito, tempura and robata.     We had a fantastic dining experience at Mila Miami, and a big part of that was thanks to our server and also the manager Alex. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to ensure our evening was nothing short of superb, even handling details beyond his control with grace and professionalism. The food, as always, was incredible, and when it came time for dessert, Alex personally served us some of the restaurant's delicious creations, making the moment even more special. His attentiveness and hospitality didn't go unnoticed and we appreciated his level of dedication in service. If you're looking for not only great food but also exceptional service, Mila Miami is the place to go. We'll definitely be back--thanks for making our night a great one!

    Amazing service and the 10-course tasting menu during happy hour was a great move. Also ordered hand rolls, nigiri, and hot dishes like the red curry halibut which was insane. The veggie dishes like the brussel sprouts the and the oyster mushroom nigiri were standouts! Great nigori and cocktails, highly recommended
