Tao is such a beautiful lively restaurant and my go to for taking people from out of town. Last night they had a great price fixed dinner that was a good deal. We each got it and it was enough to share and bring food home. We had a great time --the drinks were great, and the energy was fantastic. Lots of good photo ops by the Buddha! I will be back again of course. Our waiter was helpful too with suggestions.

Huge fan of the whole experience! The manager, sushi chef and bar tender all made us feel so welcomed and made sure we had a good time and left full 😋

I go here for business lunches and it is consistently amazing. I think it is literally the best sushi experience i have had in NYC. The food is perfect. My clients love the transformational experience of walking down those stairs into the “sushi speakeasy.” It just sets a mood. I love this place and will keep coming back.

Tasting menu is an enormous amount of food. We came home with 2 bags of leftovers. Everything delicious

Both my father and I enjoyed the omakasa experience at Sushi By Bou. The sushi was fresh. The service was great. Will return for more.
