Il sushi di Izakaya è senza dubbio uno dei migliori di Firenze. Questo ristornate giapponese è ubicato nel centro storico del capoluogo toscano, a pochi passi dall Basilica di Santa Maria Novella e dal Polimoda. Izakaya si trova infatti in via Palazzuolo e la varietà di piatti asiatici che potete trovare in questo ristorante è senza dubbio rara. Ma l’eterogeneità del menu è accompagnata da una forte attenzione alle materie prime e all’arredamento. Quest’ultimo è in classico stile giapponese: essenziale, pulito ma anche ricco di dettagli che rimandano al mondo nipponico. Le pareti con pietre a vista di Izakaya di via Palazzuolo, insieme ai dipinti giapponesi, vi faranno come sentire nel centro di Tokyo!
