The degustation menu was simply outstanding. Every dish was exceptional. My wife and I cannot recall having enjoyed a meal so much and we have been fortunate to have eaten in some wonderful restaurants. A trip to Adelaide should include a meal at Roma!

We often come here before concerts at the Town Hall. Food and service are always very good, wine list too! Our favourite dish is the Chicken Ballotine.

We've dined at WBSLSC previously (perhaps three months ago) and the food was pretty good. You let yourselves down badly as our experience on the 18th of November was pretty sorrow ful. I had average fish, very poorly battered and soggy, the salad was as limp as (and I'd rather not do the comparison), but the chips were passable! We'd brought international guests along, from Northern Ireland, and they were generous enough to suggest that they enjoyed their meal. Our local friends together with my lovely wife, were embarassed by the food. The service was good though. Portia was still there from last time and just as efficent behind the counter, and the Lass that served us, and she didn't have a name tag, was really lovely. Cared about what she was doing and the people she served. If you want us back though, improve the food. Try emulating the quality of food served at the Warradale Hotel. We had the 7 course degustation with paired local wines. What and amazing experience. The best Adelaide has to offer, and nationwide. The staff were fantastic genuine authentic people who made us feel special and added a surprisingly lovely dimension to the food and wine experience. We will remember this night for a long long time. Beautiful decor, very attentive and friendly waiter and the food was delicious. We enjoyed the freshness and great flavour combinations. Everything was hot, tasty and good portion sizes. Make sure you try the cheese puff starter, octopus, fish & mussel main and the chocolate mousse. Even the side bread was awesome. We will be back for sure.
