Some small improvements would be use leaf tea, rather than tea bags and also the staff need to check on the tables more regularly. My husband was a little disconcerted by the restaurant moving which made it difficult for him to relax, but I found it so interesting being able to view 360 degrees of Hobart. The food was exceptional. Every duck liver parfait that I eat from now on will be compared to the one I ate here.
