Nino's Cucina Italiana has a warm, welcoming setting that's perfect for family meals & gatherings. Parking is by valet only. No cash is accepted for bills. Nino's, opened in 1968, has been owned and operated by Antonio Noviello since 1982. Originally from the Amalfi Coast of southern Italy, Antonio worked in Monte Carlo, then Bermuda where he met his wife Helen, an Atlanta resident. After moving to Atlanta in 1981, Antonio's life-long dream of owning his own restaurant became a reality when he purchased Nino's. For more than forty-one years, Antonio has taken pride in serving authentic Italian Cuisine made with fresh, imported ingredients and cooked to order for each guest. In 2006 Antonio's middle daughter Alessandra became the manager and has since taken over with her husband Micah. Alessandra and Micah take pride in keeping the long-standing traditions and reputation of serving exceptional Italian cuisine alive. Nino's has attracted devoted locals who return time and again, along with a long list of who had heard of Nino's reputation and stopped in to sample the fare. Many of the dishes on Nino's menu are original recipes brought from Italy by Antonio and his brother Giuseppe. First time here. Perfectly tucked away at the back of Chido and Padres. It’s still decorated with the Christmas/holiday theme which was amazing. Great music going, extra friendly staff from the time you go in until you leave. Definitely a hidden gem for a unique experience. I got the Mistletoe Margarita, a little too tart and bland for me but presentation was great. Great energy Ave vibe here. Overall great experience!!

Overall the music is great , food was delicious , I bought the special for date night which was 100 with an additional $35 drink because they showed a really nice presentation and once ordered I only received the drink . To my opinion you could not taste the the liquor on it and it was 95% ice which to me is not worth the $35 also water is too expensive for just 2 bottles of water and the special drink my bill ended up being $183 we didn’t pay no mind since we were having a good time and service was good but I recommend you ensure you’re paying for the deal you choose . Other than that it’s a nice place :)

Maya Speak-Tiki was fun!!! I love a great Tiki Bar! Went on a Wednesday night, after dining downstairs at Agave Bandido, which was delicious and 4 stars! Love the secret door, the bar, the ambiance, the decor and the private alcoves! The single bathroom was challenging, but you could always go downstairs. We didn’t dine there, hence the 1 star for that. The cocktails were creative and delicious! We had a great time laughing, celebrating life and taking selfies! I highly recommend! Can’t wait to go back! Just a reminder Maya is separate from Agave. So you’ll need to make separate reservations for each! NJOY!
