Cocktails were good, food was mediocre. The crab dip lacked seasoning except excessive char (not browning) on top. The warm cookie was like a big Toll House, which went nicely with their egg nog variation. But it was a nice atmosphere and was otherwise a nice experience.

Fantastic experience! We took our 16 year old daughter, had reservations for dinner near the stage. Wonderful jazz music and vibe. We arrived right at 7, out by 9. Pasta, calamari, cheese fondue, all were excellent.

My mom and I had a great night out at the Dawson! Loved that the festive lights were still up. The chicken fried lobster and sourdough toast started us off on a delicious note, followed by the cavatelli and the roast pork chop. Those cheesy grits tho! Can’t wait to return again.

For a jam packed Friday lunch during Holiday break, I was beyond impressed with the speed of service at Luxbar. Everything was great from the food to the service. They had a manager floating filling water and delivering drinks. Really great experience.
