Great service and food. Love the restaurant. Have been several times. I would have given it a higher rating but my main course was served lukewarm.

Atmosphere & Service From the moment we arrived, the stunning rooftop setting set the perfect mood for the evening. The dimly lit, modern décor, coupled with panoramic views of the London skyline, created an intimate and sophisticated vibe. Service was impeccable—attentive yet discreet, ensuring we enjoyed every moment without feeling rushed. Cocktails & Drinks The cocktail selection was phenomenal. I had an elegant espresso martini with a beautifully balanced foam, while my partner enjoyed a fragrant green tea-based cocktail served in a stunning ceramic cup. The wine list was impressive, featuring a well-curated selection that complemented the meal perfectly. The Food – A Culinary Delight We indulged in a variety of beautifully presented dishes, each one a masterpiece: •Crispy Wagyu Tacos – These were a highlight! Rich, melt-in-your-mouth wagyu beef in a crisp shell, topped with finely chopped herbs and chili. Perfectly seasoned and bursting with umami. •Sashimi Platter – A delicate selection of the freshest tuna, salmon, and white fish, beautifully plated with edible flowers, a fresh lemon wedge, and wasabi. The fish was silky and flavorful—pure perfection! •Dessert – We ended the night with a decadent chocolate mousse dessert, elegantly plated with delicate chocolate shards and raspberry sauce. A perfectly indulgent finish to an already amazing meal. Final Thoughts 8 at The Londoner is a must-visit for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion in London. The flawless execution of dishes, exceptional drinks, and luxurious ambiance make it a standout experience. This is always a lovely stylish restaurant to visit. Lovely on Valentines night not to have a restricted menu or be told we want your table back in 90minutes which happens elsewhere. Starters of scallops and ham hock were delicious. Mains of steak and duck were very generous. I couldn’t finish the duck , perhaps would have liked another vegetable on the plate. Desserts again, Large! Nice to have the addition of a live singer too.

Everything was perfect, the only issue was that we weren’t given a bag from the Xperience San Valentín. I had to go and ask if we were supposed to receive one because no one gave us anything, while others were leaving with their bags filled with items. Other than that, it was an unforgettable experience.

Dined here before a seeing a show on 14th Feb - had the pre-theatre menu. Thought it was very reasonably priced. Food was excellent and service was extremely attentive. Drinks were a little expensive but nothing out of the ordinary for this part of the world. 12.5% service charge automatically added to the bill - as the staff were brilliant we left this charge on. Toilets needed updating, quite run down considering the rest of the restaurant, but they were clean. Only slight negative is the closeness of all the tables, we could very clearly hear conversations either side of us which was distracting. Could do with spacing out the tables more. Overall, a great experience and would definitely return.
