Went as a couple for weekday lunch. When we got there, restaurant was quiet but got busy soon after. food was sufficient in quantity and not excessively fussy for a Michelin starred place. service was excellent and did not worsen when it got busy. paid gbp 300 for 2 without alcohol which is at higher end. all in all pleasant experience.

My friend and I are regulars for an early evening Sunday supper at Daphne’s. Today didn’t disappoint. We had our usual order of sautéed prawns followed by roast baby chicken. But today since it’s the festive season we had the added bonus of a panettone icecream coupe to share. It was delicious, Xmas in a bowl.

The Library Bar has a relaxed friendly atmosphere with attentive but no overbearing staff. The bar food is good with a wide variety of drinks on offer from trained and helpful staff

They have a really annoying sound when food is ready to be taken to a table. It’s a very loud doorbell! Just not really appropriate for the small restaurant. Everything else is lovely. But they should really change that loud doorbell!

The service and food is amazing. I went for dinner with my sister and Uau ! The recommendation for the food and wine was really good. Hope to come back soon
